Counting Down the Days to Harvest!


It’s the most exciting time of the year... the time we turn into farmers and start harvesting our grapes! We’re anticipating our first grape harvest in mid-September. And typically it’s the Syrah varietal, but we won’t be certain until we look at the lab work from the vineyards. Until then, our winery is in full blown cleaning mode. We call this “power washing season”, and if you weren’t aware, a winemaker’s best friend is a power washer. Follow us on social media to see winemaking in action!

For the next few months, we’ll have portions of the parking lot blocked off for winemaking. But don’t worry, there is plenty of parking along the driveway and on the street. We do ask that you respect our neighbors at both Acrafab (to our east) and Swiss Productions (to our west) and not park at their businesses.

We’re bringing Italy to Liberty Lake Wine Cellars! Join us every Friday from 5 – 7 p.m. for what we’re designating Italian Happy Hour. Just like in Italy, we're serving snacks with each in-house purchase.

We're Celebrating WAugust - WA Wine Month!

WAugust - A 31-Day Festival of Washington Wine!


We're excited to kick off August with 31 days of wine tasting fun! WAugust, as deemed by the WA Wine Commission, is dedicated to showcasing the great state of Washington's wine. We're excited that this month coincides with our wine club release (coincidence, perhaps), the Spokane Winery Association punch card promotion, and end of summer fun. We can't wait to see you at the winery!
 
New Releases! 2019 The Golden Ticket Reserve Bordeaux style red blend & 2019 Malbec
We’re excited to release our 2019 The Golden Ticket Reserve Bordeaux style red blend and our 2019 Malbec the weekend of August 13th! Both received gold medals in recent competitions – very fitting of The Golden Ticket label. And both will be perfect additions to the final lazy days of summer. These are two wines you want to try ASAP!
 
WAugust Spokane Winery Association Promotion!
We had so much fun in March, we’re doing it again! We, along with the Spokane Winery Association and the member wineries, are teaming up for some wine fun this August! Stop by our tasting room and grab a punch card, then visit 4 other participating wineries (5 wineries total) to get your card stamped. Once 5 wineries are visited, leave your card at the final winery to be entered to win gift cards for local wine! The event runs August 1st, 2022 through August 31st, 2022. A complete list of rules are located at each participating winery or visit the Spokane Winery Association website.
 
Hot Days, Cold Wine Special
Thursday, August 4th is National White Wine Day, and what better way to celebrate than with a wine special! Friday, August 5th through Sunday, August 7th (only), stop into the winery and grab a 3 pack of our 2019 Tahija. Chardonnay, 2020 Tahija. Dry Riesling, and 2021 Tahija. Sangiovese Rose’ for $50!!! (All wine club discounts apply, no substitutions, one weekend only).

LLWC Named 2022 WA Winery To Watch!!!

2022 Washington Winery to Watch!
We are excited and humbled to be named the 2022 Washington Winery to Watch by Great Northwest Wine. We were shocked when we made history with our 7 for 7 Platinum win last fall but to be chosen for this award and listed among some of the best wineries in the state is truly an honor. We’re the first Spokane area producer to be designated with the Winery to Watch recognition from this publisher and the first Spokane area producer the magazine has recognized with a state-level award since Arbor Crest Wine Cellars was designated the WA Winery of the Year magazine in 2003. The article isn’t posted online yet, but we do have copies of the magazine in the tasting room if you'd like to read about us and the other winners.

Thanks to this award, we’re releasing our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon early! This vintage is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and is the perfect representation of this powerhouse Red Mountain varietal. It carries strong notes of cherry on the nose and palate with additional flavors of eucalyptus, cedar, and cocoa nibs. This well balanced wine with vibrant acidity will be an immediate dinner table favorite.

We’re running very low on our 2018 Zinfandel (the last vintage of Zinfandel we’ll have until the release of our 2021 vintage in 2023!) and our 2018 Malbec. Stop in and grab a bottle for your wine cellar before they’re gone!

Closed for Easter
We’ll be closed Sunday, April 17th for Easter. (It is also World Malbec Day, and our 2018 Malbec would pair perfectly with your Easter celebration).

  • Spring Release Weekend is happening May 6th through 8th! We’ll have new releases (Petit Verdot, Syrah, and our newest Rose’), wine specials, and vendors (Liberty Boardworks and Melissameli Jewelry) to celebrate all the Mother’s in our lives.

  • It’s Bottling Season! And that means samples of our 2020 vintage. Follow us on social media to find out when we’re bottling your favorite wine!
